The mission of the Thunder Bay Port Authority is to promote and invest in the efficient integration of marine, rail, and road transportation systems and participate in the region's economic development.

Vision Statement

The vision for the Port of Thunder Bay is to be Western Canada's preferred intermodal gateway for marine cargo transiting the Great Lakes St. Lawrence Seaway System.
