Harbour Park is a 45 hectare industrial park
developed adjacent to Keefer Terminal. The development is located
just a few short minutes from the central business area of the city
and tenants can enjoy immediate parking, serene surroundings, and a
short drive to and from work.
 
Harbour Park is completely serviced with sites ranging from .4
to 25 hectares. Tenants can take advantage of the warehousing
services at Keefer Terminal, its marine berths, and location at the
head of the Great Lakes/Seaway System. The Harbour Expressway,
which extends to Harbour Park, offers direct access to the Trans
Canada Highway and to the United States.
The facility is administered by the Thunder Bay Port Authority
which will, upon agreement, lease parcels of serviced land,
participate in joint venture projects, construct facilities for
long-term lease or lease/purchase.
